These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of digital advertising displays by Brand-display. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read the following carefully to understand your rights and obligations. Our displays are available for both indoor and outdoor use, designed for versatility and convenience.
Payment and Pricing
All prices for rental services are clearly indicated at the time of booking, and payments are due upon confirmation of the reservation. Rates may vary depending on the duration of the rental and specific display requirements. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. Be aware that additional fees may apply for extended usage or special requests. To cancel or modify your rental, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
Liability and Responsibilities
Brand-display is not liable for any damage to property or injuries incurred while using our displays. The renter is responsible for ensuring the display is used safely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. It is also the renter's responsibility to return the display in the same condition as received, barring normal wear and tear.
